Unimaginative, musically uninspiring, and spoiler-laden
Have you noticed how generic, musically obnoxious, and spoiler-filled film trailers have become? This mostly applies to mainstream Hollywood fare. However, the trend sometimes extends to independent cinema and non-US films as well. In the past, I thought only someone who frequents the cinema as much as I do would notice this contagion of bland ubiquity, but lately, I suspect even casual cinemagoers will have spotted the clichés I’m about to dive into.
